Galley Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic hardworking Galley Assistant for our deep sea fishing vessels. 

These roles are physically demanding, so you must be fit and healthy.  A pre-employment medical, and a drug test will be required. 

The ideal candidates will have the following:

• A strong commitment to health and safety 
• The ability to assist the Cook with meal prep, cleaning and domestic duties 
• High standard in ensuring the vessel is kept clean and hygienic  
• A positive attitude
• Discipline and self motivation
• Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand, Assistant Cook or in Commercial Cleaning 

Trips are, trip on trip off,  5-7 weeks at a time
